MD Students Shine at Kuhas Kalosatsavam 2025 – Thiruvananthapuram Leads the Rankings
The Kuhas Kalosatsavam 2025, organized under the Kerala Police Smart Village initiative, reached its grand finale today. MD (Medical Doctor) students from colleges across Kerala showcased exceptional cultural talent, making this year’s festival one of the most vibrant editions yet. With strong participation and intense competition, Thiruvananthapuram emerged as the clear frontrunner.
Kuhas Kalosatsavam 2025: A State-Level Cultural Festival for MD Students
Held at the Kerala Smart Village campus in Kottiur, the event welcomed MD students representing medical institutions from every region of Kerala.
A total of 56 colleges competed this year, turning the festival into a large-scale talent showcase.
Students participated in multiple cultural categories, including:

Overall Results: Thiruvananthapuram Takes the Top Spot
Thiruvananthapuram topped the scoreboard in the Interzone MD Cultural Festival, with their consistent performance earning them the highest points. Their victory was strengthened by standout performances led by Nirmal Johnson, whose contributions elevated the district’s ranking.

- Thiruvananthapuram – 56 points
- Kottiyoor – 50 points
- Kannur – 48 points
- Kozhikode – 44 points
- Kanyakumari – 33 points
